Operative leasing – type of leasing transaction. In such an operation, the lessee & nbsp; simultaneously acts as & nbsp; seller of the leased property. Simply put, an organization sells its property (production equipment, real estate, special equipment or vehicles) to a leasing company and at the same time enters into an agreement with it, under the terms of which it receives the same property for rent.
The ownership of the property passes to the lessor for the entire duration of the contract. During this time, the lessee pays the leasing company monthly payments. At the end of the contract, the property again becomes the property of the organization.
